The intial specification and consultation meeting(s) are important, where Digicon needs to discuss and confirm:

• Your business objectives and how are they supported by website marketing,
• Marketing Plans, objectives, target markets, etc.
• Required functional elements of the website,
• What the website means to you.

For larger projects a more rigourous specification period is required.  Once the specification has been agreed and signed off the website design can commence.
