On Sunday September 21st, one of Digicon's friendly Mac-using design consultants - who wishes to remain anonymous - was chasing some footage of the Brisbane Broncos' big loss for the 2008 season. Our designer visited www.nrl.com.au, which is a DotNetNuke site.
Navigating through to the Broncos videos page resulted in the following plugin request screens:


After an hour and a half of Googling and attempted plugin installations, our frustrated designer sent feedback to Bigpond requesting advice on how to view footage of the beloved Broncos on a beloved Mac.
On Wednesday October 1st, our designer received the following response on behalf of Bigpond:
Thank you for your email dated 21 September 2008 regarding BigPond TV.
Unfortunately our website is not compatible to MAC and to be able to watch it you need to have windows media player on your computer.
