Isn't it nice to walk into your local coffee shop and just say "the usual" to get the white chocolate mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot you love so much? Since it seems like you’re at the café more than home spending half your wage on coffee, you expect the barista should know who you are and what you like. Why should your online customers expect anything less?  Why shouldn’t they feel like a valued, familiar customer, when they come back to your site the second, fifth or tenth time?
