Organic Search and Pay Per Click

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) can be broken into Organic and Pay per Click.

Organic Search Engine Optimisation involves a number of issues such as:

  • The build of the site
  • Links to and from your site
  • Relevance of content to keywords
  • Amount of relevant content

Pay per Click is where you choose the keywords you want to be found for and what you are willing to pay for them. The cost varies with the number of keywords you want to be found for, how competitive the market is for those words and how relevant your landing pages are.

There is a lot to understand in Search Engine Marketing and for this reason we propose the following process.

  • We will present a one hour session using an external SEO consultant to give you an overview of the issues involved so that all parties understand.
  • A second meeting will be set up to discuss your specific requirements and objectives. This will give you a clear understanding of what is involved and provide an indication of the costs.
  • Then we will allow the consultant spend 4 hours looking into your requirements based on that meeting.
  • We will set up another meeting to present a detailed proposal and plans based on the specific requirements for discussion and then agree to a direction.
